ROBERT J. MAKHEJA

President & Chief Executive Officer @ MFGS, Inc.

Since 1990, Robert Makheja has been a leader and executive in information technology with a focus on commercial and government marketplace in the Americas, as well as the Global System Integrators and Outsourcers.

Makheja was the Vice President for Public Sector at Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) managing all aspects of sales for the HPE Software business to all federal, state, and local government agencies and organizations, as well as higher education. 

Makheja received his bachelor’s degree in Engineering from George Washington University; he also holds a Masters in Business Administration and a Juris Doctorate in Law. Makheja resides with his wife and three children in the Washington, D.C. metro region.

 

TEDDRA BURGESS

Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer @ Micro Focus

Teddra Thomas Burgess is Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer at Micro Focus Government Solutions, a purpose-built, mission focused software and services company that serves US public sector clients. Burgess is responsible for revenue generation, overall growth and success of the MFGS business including go-to-market strategy and execution. 

 

She has over 20 years of experience in the technology industry with broad-based expertise in sales, business development, strategic partnerships, and sales operations; earning industry recognition in CRN annually from 2011-2014. Additionally, she held a dual role as Chief Operating Officer of Hewlett Packard/Hewlett Packard Enterprise Software Public Sector Sales for over 3 years.

 

Following the merger of HPE Software and Micro Focus International in 2017, Burgess took on the role she holds today; VP/CRO. Prior to HP, she held leadership positions with SAI Global and CA Technologies. Burgess is a graduate of George Mason University and is active in a variety of community organizations including Mocha Moms, Inc. She is a member of Pipeline Angels, a group of angel investors that are rapidly changing the face of angel investing. Burgess is also a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. She resides in Northern Virginia with her two sons.

Tyler Price

Vice President & Chief Financial Officer @ MFGS, Inc.

Tyler Price is the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance at MFGS, Inc. Previously, he was the CFO at Micro Focus Government Solution and held numerous leadership positions at Hewlett-Packard Enterprise including Director of Finance roles for Americas Software, Big Data Software, and Security Software divisions. He was also a Finance Manager in Enterprise Services and held several analyst positions in StorageWorks.

 

Tyler is a graduate of Brigham Young University where he earned an MBA in Finance and a BA in Economics. In his free time, Tyler enjoys snow skiing, golfing, and traveling. Tyler is based in Sacramento, California where he resides with his wife and children.

 

ELIZABETH HELLMAN

Content Marketing Program Manager @ MFGS, Inc.

Elizabeth Hellman is an accomplished marketing and communications professional with experience leading both large and small-scale programs, and working with stakeholders to break the mold in introducing new ideas to clients and consumers. Her experience spans industries from Public Sector IT to national media brands.

Currently, she is the Program Manager for content marketing at MFGS, Inc. She was an integral part in helping to build the MFGS, Inc. brand during a spinout the company completed with Micro Focus Government Solutions. She also supports PR and media efforts, including executive branding and special projects. Most recently, she has been appointed a lead in developing NextGen F.O.C.U.S.

Prior to her role at MFGS, Inc., Hellman worked with product developers and education institutions to launch USA TODAY’s first mobile app for college students. She also lead the marketing team at Carahsoft Technology for Hewlett-Packard Enterprise events and campaigns. Hellman graduated from Penn State University with a Bachelors in Public Relations and minors in Business and Political Science.

ANDREW M. SCOTT

Social Media Manager 

@ MFGS, Inc.

Andrew Scott is the Social Media Manager for MFGS, Inc. leading the digital and social strategy initiatives for the organization and it's partner organization, Micro Focus Government Solutions. An award-winning marketing strategist,  Scott has served as a guest speaker for organizations such as Ragan Communications and the Meridian International Center where he frequently spoke on new media concepts to various international leadership groups from Yemen, Sri Lanka and the Pacific islands.

Scott specializes in disruptive social and digital media strategies as well as advocacy and executive leadership branding. He has an extensive history of supporting a wide range of organizations, from small business and nonprofits to billion dollar corporations and associations. Most notably, his previous experiences include work for the Society of Professional Journalists, Carahsoft, and NACHA - The Electronic Payments Association.

 

Scott is a graduate of the University of Mississippi where he received a Bachelor's of Journalism and a minor in business administration. In his free time, he enjoys artistic endeavors, being a nerd and going to his local comic cons, traveling, and scuba diving.
